We are currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our receiving & materials team.

 

The Role

As the Inventory Coordinator, you are the backbone of our material flow. You will be responsible for the accurate control, movement, and visibility of inventory across our facility to ensure our production team has exactly what they need, when they need it.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain precise records in our ERP system (Epicor Kinetic experience is a huge plus!).
  • Lead cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies with a focus on follow-through.
  • Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and coordinate quality inspections.
  • Manage material staging and kitting for various production projects.
  • Organize and maintain efficient storage across our main and satellite warehouses.

 

What You Bring

  • At least 2 years in inventory control or materials coordination within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems required - Superuser status preferred
  • A solid understanding of BOMs, part numbering, and traceability.
  • Forklift certification (we provide internal recertification).
  • Strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a team-first mindset.
